DIY: How To Make A Felt Bunny Cup Cozy Tutorial

Hello everyone! I hope you are all doing mighty fine this week. I have an interesting project to share with you today, and it is pretty flipping simple. I love my coffee. Can't live without it. It is my fuel to start the day, but SOMETIMES..just SOMETIMES...it gets pretty lonely drinking that good cup of coffee all alone.

So I decided it was about time to have a cute little companion to join me in the mornings by the balcony. Ladies and Gentleman, I introduce to you my pet bunny cup cozy. So much goodness in this. It is soft, fluffy and makes any kind of cup/mug a much happier looking one. Cup cozies also protect your delicate hands from being burnt which is a plus. I made mine from felt, but you can go ahead and try any kind of material. I have seen some on Google do them with used stockings, sweaters and even crochet ones. So much fun!

I won't be inserting the rectangular template for this one because it really depends on the mug you are working on. My rectangle piece is 30cm in length and 7cm in width. I explained this in the video tutorial. Below you will find the template for bunny's little ears, eyes, cheek blush and whiskers. Lets finally look at the things you will need.

Things you will need for this project:
Felt in multiple colors of your choice
Needle
Thread
Snap closure (or any other kind of closure)
Decoration for your little bunny ( I used a crochet bow)

Alright all you fluffy people! I hope you liked this. On another note, I also added some new jewelry to Folk Fairytale. If you would like to take a look just clickety click on this link.

LOVE YOU ALL! See you next week!

Xoxo,
Aiko
